Eagles' ACC Tourney Run Ends in Quarterfinals in 90-82 Loss to Clemson

Boston College's run through the 2018 New York Life ACC Tournament ended in the quarterfinals on Thursday afternoon, falling to #4 seeded Clemson, 90-82.

The Eagles jumped out to a 12-3 advantage less than five minutes into the game, but the Tigers would outscore BC, 33-10, over the next 9:37, to take a 36-22 lead with 5:40 to play. Three straight possessions with 3-pointers - two from and one from - got the Eagles within six (40-34) with 1:47 left in the period. Clemson led 43-36 at the break.

Clemson began the second half on a 12-3 run, extending its lead to 16 - at 55-39 with 13:45.
