WEYMOUTH, Mass. -- After falling 4-3 in a tightly contested match against the No. 49 Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Friday, the Eagles bounced back decisively with a 7-0 shutout win over Louisville on Sunday afternoon. The momentum began in doubles, with and , and and , both winning their matches 6-1 to put BC up 1-0. It continued into singles, with five Eagles winning their singles matches in straight sets before Aguiar clinched the sweep with a 7-6, 1-6, 1-0 win in the final singles match of the day.
The Eagles will look to keep it rolling this Tuesday on the road against UConn at 2:30, before Senior Day back at BC this Thursday.
