NEW HAVEN, Conn. – For the second straight year, Boston College junior running back AJ Dillon has been named to the Walter Camp Player of the Year watch list as announced by the Walter Camp Football Foundation on Friday. Dillon is one of 40 players across the country to land on this season's watch list after being one of 50 players recognized ahead of the 2018 season.
Dillon is one of five players on the watch list representing the ACC and one of seven running backs.
As a sophomore, he was elected to the All-ACC First Team as he rushed for 1,108 yards and 10 touchdowns in just 10 games; becoming the first player in BC history to rush for over 1,000 yards in each of his first two seasons.
