CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — A pair of Eagles performed well at the Wampanoag Classic in West Hartford, Conn. on July 26-27.
Nick Cummings garnered individual medalist honors, winning the 36-hole tournament by six shots. Cummings was 12-under par over the two rounds of play, carding an opening round 67 followed by a final day 65.
Cummings played bogey-free golf over the two rounds, carding two eagles, eight birdies, and 26 pars. He shot a 6-under 30 on the back nine of round two, notching two eagles - on the par 5 11th and the par 4 14th - to go along with two birdies.
