This game is memorable not only because it was so high scoring, but because of the absurdity of some of the goals (I'm looking at you, Sneep). Highlights of the game included 10 points for the Cam Atkinson / Joe Whitney / Brian Gibbons line, including a hat trick for Atkinson, two goals in 23 seconds for Jimmy Hayes, and Sneep's 170-foot short-handed goal.

The first goal of the game came from Brian Gibbons at 5:21, but Yale tied things up midway through the first.
