Charlotte North Wins Tewaaraton Award

As expected, Boston College lacrosse senior Charlotte North has been awarded the 2021 Tewaaraton Award as the best NCAA women’s lacrosse player in the country. North is the second Eagle to win this award, following Sam Apuzzo in 2018.

North was undeniably the best offensive player in the country this season. She scored 102 goals in 21 games, breaking the NCAA single season scoring record by 2 goals. She scored 3+ goals in all but 5 games, including a 10 goal outing at Virginia Tech, and she was a major offensive factor in BC’s NCAA Championships win with 6 goals against Syracuse.
