GREENSBORO, N.C. – Boston College forward Olivia Vaughn and midfielder Gaby Carreiro were named to the Atlantic Coast Conference's Women's Soccer All-ACC Academic Team, as announced Tuesday by the league. This is the second consecutive All-ACC Academic Team honor for Vaughn and the first for Carreiro.
Carriero started all 18 games for the Eagles in 2019 and finished with a career-high five goals and two assists for 12 points. Two of the captain's goals were game-winning scores while nine of her points came in ACC play. Carreiro, who went 2-for-2 on penalty kicks for BC on the year, finished with 12 shots on goal.
