Bulldogs score five in the second and seven in the fourth in victory over Birdball.
The Butler Bulldogs only scored runs in two of the first four innings on Monday. Unfortunately for BC, even with 10 runs on the board, it was all they needed.
Butler rallied from a 4-0 deficit to take a 5-4 lead, then added a seven run fourth inning against the Eagle pitching to take a 12-10 result in the second weekend of the Snowbird Classic.
After Butler starting pitcher Danny Pobereyko and BC starting pitcher Thomas Lane both got out of the first inning, the Eagles opened up the second by scoring four.
