CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Bruno Darzi will join Dara Torres' coaching staff at Boston College as the new associate head coach, it was announced today. Darzi comes to the Heights after nearly three decades of coaching at the college, junior, senior, international, and Olympic levels.
"I'm incredibly honored and excited to have Bruno join our program as associate head coach," Torres said. "He has over 25 years experience - 15 as a head coach - and I trained with Bruno for my sixth and final Olympic Trials. There's no way I would have accomplished what I did at 45 years old without his coaching and guidance.
