Wake Forest women’s soccer associate head coach Jason Lowe is set to be announced as the new head coach of Boston College women’s soccer this afternoon, according to BC Interruption sources. Lowe will replace Alison Foley, who resigned earlier this year in a surprise move. Foley coached at BC for 22 seasons and led the Eagles to 15 NCAA Tournaments and a 280-145-39 overall record. Last season BC had a 6-3-1 ACC record while Wake went 4-6. The Demon Deacons defeated BC in a 2-1 OT game the only time the teams met in 2018.
Jason Lowe was a goalkeeper for Wake Forest from 1994-97 and joined the coaching staff in 2014.
