The BC women’s soccer team continued its hot start to the season with a 4-1 win at home over Temple this afternoon to remain unbeaten at 8-0-0. The victory marked the 275th career win for head coach Alison Foley. The team put up a well-balanced attack that would yield goals from four different Eagles with eight shots on goal.
BC came out aggressive, controlling possession early and finally breaking through with a Sam Coffey penalty kick goal at 25:07. Coffey quickly set up another score with a corner kick that Kayla Jennings headed in at 30:44 for her first goal of the season.
