It was a tough, back-and-forth game, but Boston College women’s lacrosse remains undefeated after beating USC tonight. The Eagles picked up a 13-12 overtime win thanks to a goal by Tess Chandler, and are now 8-0 on the season.
USC started things off today, scoring 3 minutes into the game to take an early lead. Cara Urbank scored a minute later to tie things up, and goals from Tess Chandler and Kaileen Hart gave BC a 3-1 lead at 21:25 in the first. USC followed up with a pair of goals to tie things at 3, but Dempsey Arsenault scored on a free position shot to regain the lead for the Eagles.
