The Boston College women’s hockey team bounced back from last Saturday’s disappointing third period against BU, taking out their anger on the UNH Wildcats. UNH was powerless to stop BC, who racked up 12 goals on the weekend en route to a pair of blowout wins, 5-1 and 7-1.
Delaney Belinskas went off this weekend, tallying four goals including a hat trick on Saturday to improve her total to 11 on the season. The freshman now leads the team in goals, with fellow freshman Caitrin Lonergan second with 9.
The veterans made their presence known as well, as Andie Anastos and Kristyn Capizzano each had a pair of goals in Saturday's blitz.
