The Boston College women’s basketball team played their first game since January 17 today after missing a trio of games due to COVID protocols. The Eagles hosted #1 Louisville in tonight’s matchup and fell top the top team in the country by a score of 97-68.
The Eagles played strong in the first quarter, and assisted by Louisville playing slightly off their game managed to go into the second quarter down by just 4 points. BC continued to keep pace with the Cardinals early in the second quarter, but Louisville began to run away with things to close out the half and continued to dominate for the rest of the game.
