Boston College women’s basketball played a strong game across the board this afternoon, defeating UMass Lowell by a score of 91-53. The Eagles shot 55.2% from the floor and made 9 blocks and 12 steals. Andrea Daley and T’Yana Todd led BC with 18 and 17 points respectively, and freshman Lili Krasovec had a breakout game with 11 points.
The Eagles jumped out to an early lead, helped by the fact that JoJo Lacey has found her 3-pointer and hit a pair from behind the arc in the first 5 minutes of the game. The Riverhawks began catching up late in the first, capitalizing on some missed shots by BC to grab rebounds.
