The Boston College volleyball team went 1-2 in this weekend’s Beantown Challenge, bumping their overall record to 2-4. The Eagles played twice on Friday, losing to Princeton but defeating Bryant. On Saturday, BC lost to North Texas despite an early lead.
The Eagles showed early promise against Princeton, winning the first and third sets to gain a 2-1 lead. BC came out strong in the fourth set, going up 7-0, but lost momentum and ended up losing the game 3-2.
BC and Bryant were evenly matched throughout their game, with BC taking early lead by using an 11-0 run to earn a 25-13 victory in the first set.
