Boston College unveiled new Irish-themed accessories for the Aer Lingus College Football Classic on Wednesday, providing fans with a glimpse into the Eagles’ clothing options for their season-opening game against Georgia Tech.
BC will wear Irish-themed cleats and gloves and alter their helmets for the game, which will be played September 3rd at Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
The BC cleats will be maroon with gold accents and will feature an Irish design in the pattern of the shoe. They’ll pair this with gloves featuring a similar Irish design. On one glove will be a Boston College Eagles logo, with the Irish harp on the other glove.
