BRIGHTON, Mass. – No. 17 Boston College baseball finished off a two-game sweep of Villanova with a 12-3 win at the Harrington Athletics Village on Sunday afternoon. The win moved the Eagles to 32-16 on the season.
For the second day in a row, the Wildcats (13-34) scored in the top of the first to put BC in an immediate hole. Boston College responded by scoring in each inning between the second and fifth innings, scoring 10 unanswered runs until Villanova plated two in the sixth.
