The Boston College softball team is on the road for the last 3 games of the regular season, looking to wrap up a great year with some wins against Notre Dame.
The Eagles are coming off of an emotional senior day win, earning a come from behind victory over NC State thanks to Tatiana Cortez’s walk off homer. Cortez was celebrating her Senior Day on the Heights with the support of 100+ police officers at BC’s “Back The Blue Day”, held in honor of Cortez’s father. Ronny Cortez, a 24-year veteran of the Houston Police Department, was critically injured in the line of duty earlier this year and was unable to attend his daughter’s last game at BC himself.
