It was another busy week for the Olympic sports teams at Boston College, with a number of teams in action.
GOLF
Both the men’s and women’s team competed in tournaments over the long weekend, with the men finishing seventh in the Tar Heel Intercollegiate in North Carolina and the women taking eighth in the Yale Intercollegiate in Connecticut.
Matt Numec had the best tournament for the men, finishing in sixth place overall in a field of 75 with a score of -10. The Eagles finished at 15 under par as a team, but were well back of tournament winner North Carolina, who finished at -49 to win by 23 strokes.
