A few teams were off for the Eagles this past weekend, but a number of the Olympic sports were in action across the country.
SAILING
It was another busy weekend for the Boston College sailing teams, as they competed in races hosted by MIT, Boston University, Dartmouth, and the US Coast Guard Academy. The Eagles took home first place in the George Warren Smith Trophy at MIT, jumping out to an early lead and managing to hold off second place finisher Roger Williams and win by five points. BC performed well in its remaining races as well, finishing in ninth, fifth, and sixth in the events hosted by BU, Dartmouth, and the US Coast Guard Academy respectively.
