The Boston College Eagles picked up their first conference points of the season Friday evening in Blacksburg, Va., drawing the Hokies 2-2 at Thompson Field.
The Hokies struck first in the 25th minute. After BC turned the ball over in the defensive half, Daniel Pereira passed the ball back and forth between Christian Garner, and he eventually one-timed the shot into the BC goal.
The Eagles drew even in the 55th minute. Lasse Lehmann received a corner from Amos Shapiro-Thompson, and he one-timed a shot for his first goal of the season.
The Hokies struck back in the 68th minute on a shot off a feed from Chris Little, giving the Hokies a 2-1 lead that was held until the 90th minute.
