Boston College Men’s Hockey Stumbles To 3-1 Loss At Providence To Close Out Regular Season

Boston College Men’s Hockey closed out the regular season with a whimper on Thursday night. After two scoreless periods without much happening, the Friars broke out to a 3-0 lead in the third period to put the Eagles away with a final score of 3-1 at Schneider Arena.

The Friars came out to a strong start in the game, putting up about 10 shots or so in the opening half of the period. But the Eagles came together a bit at the end of the frame and put up a few good chances, though ultimately neither team could find the back of the net.
