The Boston College Eagles suffered their first loss in conference Saturday afternoon in Charlottesville, Va. at the hands of No. 9 Virginia.
The game was marked by the low amount of fouls called in the game. Only Virgina’s Isaiah Wilklins had four fouls: the rest of the players who played had three or fewer fouls in the game. Consequently, neither team took many free throws, though BC was perfect from the stripe at 7-for-7.
Jerome Robinson led the way for the Eagles with 29 points, going 12-for-22 from the field. Jordan Chatman also contributed 18 points, going 4-for-5 from beyond the arc.
