Boston College hockey returns to the ice after a weekend off for a marquee matchup against Northeastern at Matthews Arena.
As has been the case most of the season, BC will be shorthanded for this tilt. Alex Newhook remains out, having played just one game for the Eagles since returning from the World Junior Championship, where he suffered an upper body injury.
Casey Carreau, who has been playing some of his best hockey in recent weeks, is also missing from the BC lineup. No information has been provided yet on the nature of Carreau’s absence.
The defense corps is at full strength.
