Boston College recruiting took a bit of a hit this week as tight end Devan Lawson of Spring Valley, New York decommitted and re-opened his recruitment:
Lawson, who had committed back in March currently does not have a ranking according to Rivals and held offers from Army, Monmouth and Idaho. There is no word out right now on why Lawson left the Eagles, it could be a wide variety of things.
Lawson was one of two tight end recruits in this class, the other being Patrick Brown who committed after Lawson in April.
