Boston College continues to use the scholarships that they built up when players transferred or left the school at the end of the school year. Today, the second 2016 recruit in less than a week committed as, John Lamot chose the Eagles.

Lamot, 6'2 215lbs, is listed as a dual threat quarterback on his Rivals page, but a source at Boston College tells this writer that he will be a linebacker at the Heights.
