It's been a while since Boston College has received a commit, but that all changed on Friday as Pennsylvania Athlete Da'Vante Cross committed to the Eagles.

The Allentown Pennsylvania native (home of legendary BC quarterback Andre Williams) had offers from Syracuse and a bevy of FCS schools. He is listed on Rivals as a dual threat QB but according to reliable sources he will be an athlete, as Anthony Brown will be the only quarterback taken in this class.
