The wild April weather continues to have an impact on the Boston College baseball team. After cancelling two of three games against Florida State and postponing the game against Holy Cross for a second time, it now has an impact on the Beanpot.
Boston College was originally scheduled to play UMass today as part of the Beanpot's first round. That game was slated as a home game for the Minutemen, who hosted BC last week in a rescheduled game. Instead, the game will now take place at BC - next week.
UMass' Earl Lorden Field is a natural grass field, just as Boston College plays on grass at Shea Field.
