Logan Hutsko’s entire Boston College hockey career was defined by perseverance and commitment to the program.
He arrived at BC on the back of a devastating injury at 16 that cut his USNTDP career short and seemed to dim his bright future leading up to his NHL draft year.
He joined the Eagles at a tumultuous time, entering in the fall of 2017 as BC was still rebuilding from the mass exodus of 2016 and missing the NCAA tournament in 2017. He was asked to provide instant offense even coming off his major injury, and he did just that, putting up 31 points as a freshman.
