Boston College Women’s Hockey came into the Beanpot on fire, riding a six game winning streak in which they scored four or more goals in all six games. But despite a strong start against Harvard, the Eagles gave up four unanswered goals and lost 4-1 in the Beanpot semifinals to the Crimson.
BC and Harvard both came out of the gate with a ton of intensity, and while the Eagles were piling up shots, the Crimson were keeping the game pretty competitive thanks to some aggressive play. But Harvard wore down over the course of the period, and BC scored to take a 1-0 lead heading into the first intermission.
