NEWTON, Mass. – The Boston College men's soccer team jumped out to an early lead on Tuesday night against Holy Cross, but the Crusaders were able to equalize and hold a ferocious offensive Eagles' attack for the rest of the game. The two non-conference teams played to a 1-1 tie at the Newton Campus Fields.
The Eagles opened the scoring, with Simon Enstrom finding the net in the 12th minute.
The game steadied out for the next 20 minutes. and with about 10 to play in the half, the Eagles' defense did well to hustle back to keep the lead.
