Coming off a statement home win against Notre Dame on Friday night, Boston College looked to continue their win streak on the road and in front of hostile ND fans for the second game of the home-and-home series. BC quickly jumped out to a lead in the first period and did just that, silencing the home crowd effectively and for the whole night. This win moves BC to 11-4-0 on the season, and on a 9-game winning streak heading into the holiday break.
The first period could not have started off more differently than it did on Friday night, with Jack McBain getting the scoring started just 36 seconds in on a shot that sailed over Cale Morris’ glove side.
