Sophomore women’s basketball player Taylor Soule is BC Interruption’s 2019-20 Player of the Year, beating out teammate Emma Guy and field hockey standout Margo Carlin for the honor. With the total opposite of a sophomore slump, Soule was a major factor in this year’s amazing women’s basketball season.
As ACC’s Most Improved Player, Soule was 11th in the conference in both points per game (14.5) and rebounds per game (7.7). She led the Eagles in minutes per game (27.5), and in points and rebounds per game. She scored 465 total points this season and grabbed 245 rebounds, for career totals of 694 points and 358 rebounds.
