BC Interruption Fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

On Sunday (Oct. 8), the Boston College field hockey team will host Harvard for the Eagles’ 11th annual MS Game. The Eagles host this game to raise awareness of multiple sclerosis, a disease that affects the central nervous system. The game is held in honor of program alumna Kathleen Murphy, who was diagnosed with MS in 2007 and continued to play field hockey through her senior season. Since 2007, BCFH has used this game to raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and this year BCI has decided to help out.

This year, Boston College football plays Virginia Tech the day before field hockey’s MS Game, so we will be raising money for the New England and Virginia/West Virginia chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
