CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College football returned to the Associated Press Top-25 with the No. 24 ranking on Sunday. The Eagles are 2-0 with wins over No. 10 Florida State on the road and a home shutout of Duquesne in the Alumni Stadium debut of first-year head coach Bill O'Brien.
BC was last ranked in the polls at No. 20 on Nov. 12, 2018. The week-three ranking is also the earliest for the Eagles since appearing in the preseason AP and Coaches top-25 polls at No. 22 prior to the start of the 2005 season.
