AUSTIN, Texas – The Boston College softball team dropped its first game of the 2019 season on Friday, Feb. 8 in the Texas Classic to Boise State in five innings.
How It Happened:
The Eagles started strong with a scoreless top half of the first. Freshman Camryn Dolby recording her first career strikeout to end the inning.
In the bottom half of the inning, Lexi DiEmmanuele lead off with an infield single before being thrown out attempting to steal second. Following the out, Emme Martinez walked, and Gianna Boccagno singled up the middle.
