RALEIGH, N.C. — Boston College surrendered an 81-70 contest to N.C. State on Saturday afternoon. Mason Madsen led three Eagles in double figures, with 21 points.
Madsen and Donald Hand Jr. would combine for 25 points in a second-half comeback effort.
For the game, BC connected on 44.6% from the floor - including 50.0% (14-28) in the second half. The Eagles made 9-of-20 from the outside and 11-of-13 from the line. They were outscored by 10 at the charity stripe, as N.C. State converted 21-of-24 for the afternoon.
