Andie Anastos was the lone BC player drafted in today's NWHL draft. The draft consists of 20 picks, divided up into 5 rounds. Each NWHL team picks once in each round. Anastos, a forward, was Connecticut's 2nd pick, and was the third pick of the second round.
Anastos, who will be a senior at BC in the fall, played in all 41 games for the Eagles during the 2015-16 season. She scored a career high 37 points for the Eagles last season and was an important factor on both the power play and the penalty kill.
