Alex Tuch is heading to Vegas! Tuch, who was selected 18th overall in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft by Minnesota, was traded in exchange for a third round pick.
Tuch played in his rookie professional season in 2016-17. He spent most of the year in the AHL with the Iowa Wild, but did play 6 games for the Minnesota Wild. Tuch had a terrific season for Iowa, leading the team in goals (18) and +/- (+10). Tuch’s 37 points in 57 games landed him in second place on the team, only 1 point out of first.
