On Monday night, Boston College landed their first commitment from the transfer portal in F Aidan Shaw.
Shaw was a top-70, 4-star prospect in the 2022 class. The 6’9, 210-pound PF committed to Mizzou over the likes of Kansas, Arkansas, Creighton, Iowa State, and host of other offers. In three years with the Tigers he has posted career averages of 3.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks. He brings much-needed athleticism and size to the Eagles’ front court, where he will likely be a defensive stopper seeing most of his minutes at the 3 and 4 but able to switch onto smaller guards and bigger 4s and 5s.
