CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – William V. Campbell Director of Athletics Martin Jarmond has announced that Boston College women's lacrosse head coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein has agreed to a new contract. Walker-Weinstein just completed her seventh season as head coach at the Heights and has led the Eagles to three consecutive appearances in the national championship game.
"My plan is to keep Acacia here at Boston College for a long time and see her continue leading our championship-level program she and her staff have built here," said Jarmond. "I am fortunate to work alongside Acacia and I felt it was important to commit more resources to continue our competitive excellence.
