CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Colorado College scored the game's final three goals in the third period and skated away with a 5-3 non-conference victory over No. 10 Boston College on Friday night in front of 5,242 fans at Conte Forum.
The Eagles fell to 2-2-1 (1-0-0 HEA) following their second straight loss, while the Tigers posted their first win of the season and improved to 1-2-2.
BC out-shot CC 43-20 on the night, but Dominic Basse made 40 saves and the Tigers didn't give the Eagles a power play chance.
Boston College was called for two major penalties in the first period and Colorado College took advantage at 10:26 when Jordan Biro beat Eric Dop blocker side from the slot.
