At least one version of the Boston Celtics made it past the first round of the playoffs. Granted, I’m talking about the NBA Summer League here, but the guys in green still had an impressive run and their performance should leave fans wanting more, and looking forward to the start of the regular season. The Boston Celtics Summer League squad was so well-rounded that they went into the Las Vegas tournament as the second seed, securing themselves a first round bye with a 4-2 record. The team ultimately fell to the San Antonio Spurs in the quarterfinals, ending their Summer League, in an extremely exciting fashion.
