Brad Stevens is a coaching wizard, but some of what makes him such a great coach is made by what he doesn't do.
One of those things has been having team captains, which is a pretty significant departure from Boston Celtics 'standard operating procedure - that seems to be working quite well. That alone is reason enough, but there's more to it than that; you'll have to watch the video to find that out, though.
