Boston would go on to win their 14th championship in 1981, the first of Larry Bird's NBA career.

The 1981 Celtics were led by some young stars and a recent addition of a veteran point guard in Tiny Archibald. Their star Larry Bird shot a very poor 1 for 8 in the first half of Game 4, which seemed like a must win at the time.
