Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas scored a team-high 22 points in Thursday's 116-109 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, becoming the first player in franchise history to lead the team in scoring for 14 consecutive games, per Elias Sports Bureau (via ESPN Stats & Info).
Larry Bird set the previous record of 13 games during the 1987-88 season, and three other Celtics have put together 10-game streaks leading the team in points.
Thomas' streak began March 2 in Boston's first game of the month, which was also against the aforementioned Trail Blazers.
