Terry Rozier has signed an endorsement deal with Puma, according to an exclusive interview granted to Bleacher Report.
The deal, one of several high-profile signings by the brand including recent top draftees Deandre Ayton, Marvin Bagley III, Michael Porter Jr., and Zhaire Smith and San Antonio Spurs swingman and former UConn product Rudy Gay, suggests this is no novelty move by the athletic shoe maker, seeking to take a cut away from Nike and Adidas.
Said Rozier of the deal (Per Bleacher Report Kicks):
"Me signing with Puma is basically letting you know, I’m taking over the Puma world.
