WALTHAM, Mass. -- Boston Celtics coach Brad Stevens is well aware of the debate over who the Most Valuable Player in the league was for the 2014-15 season. But while preparing for a first-round playoff series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the second-year coach stressed that there's no debate in his mind about who the best overall player in the league is.
