The Boston Celtics got off to a great start last night at the Las Vegas summer league. The Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 95-89 behind strong efforts from Semi Ojeleye and Guerschon Yabusele.
Rookie Robert Williams didn't start the game but his debut was very promising. He checked in midway through the first quarter and almost instantly provided an impact. Williams threw home a dunk underneath the rim, drilled a contested jumper as the shot clock ticked down, and pulled down an impressive rebound in traffic.
The flashes in his first couple minutes on the court were enough to get Celtics fan giddy.
